Abstract

Paper proposes the method to evaluate quality of tourist product in the conditions of high seasonal work of modern tour operators. Initial tour operators’ quality assessment based on a system that integrates three-factor model: general principles of quality, international quality standards as well as internal standards adapted to tour operating. Evaluation is each of the elements / subjects realizing can improve the final quality level of the tour.

Used to be a project manager and consultant on projects related to strategic management, including strategic and operational planning, organizational development, change management, development of performance indicators system for private companies, financial and management accounting. Leading science interests: budgeting, financial strategy, company development strategy. He is the author of several monographs on the management of corporations: strategic planning, operational regulation, management of fixed and turnover assets.
