Abstract

Asynchrony of the innovative modernization’s rates in the different countries defined by different terms of local economies connecting with this global trend. The modern role of the local society in the promotion of innovative progress depends on many factors, including cultural, social, religious, economic, and political. Development of methodology for assessing the local economy’s capacity for generation and commercialization of innovations will improve the efficiency of public institutions, local business, and public administration. The introduction of the innovative potential’s evaluation in the definition of strategic benchmarks of local economy progress will increase its stability in unstable global markets; will qualitatively change the structure and content of social interactions.

Candidate of philosophy science (since 2007), senior lecturer in humanitarian faculty, Rostov State Transport University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

Her scientific interests include problems of cultural transformations of the modern society, economic and innovative aspects of tourism and hospitality, the economic problems of the regions of Russia. Were published more than 38 scientific and methodical works, monographs, teaching and training; participated in international conferences, including in Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, International Congress on tourism and hospitality ("Greek forum").

Larisa Shmat’ko, Rostov State Transport University, Rostov-on-Don

PhD (economics), assistant professor in department of social technologies, humanitarian faculty.

Rostov State Transport University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia.

Science interests include tourism market functioning, problems of modern hospitality and tourism services, HRM in tourism industry, economy of tourism and hospitality. Actively involved in cooperation with Rostov Regional and South Russian tourism administrations on development of tourism image and promotion of local tourism potential overseas. Trained service staff and managers within the Russia National program of Management improvement and preparation of South Russia for organizing and conducting of Winter Olympic in Sochi (2014) and World Football Cup (2018). Published more than 40 research papers, participated in 7 International conferences.
