Abstract

The future development of an enterprise should be based on the concept of sustainable development, responsible to the environment and society. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has been identified as one of the emerging management disciplines that combines effectively with environmental management, but few empirical studies indicate the extent to which human resource management stimulates the personal behavior of employees in relation to the environment and thus improves corporate environmental performance (EP). This study aims to build a theoretical model of GHRM on EP, determine the green human resource practice from a stakeholder perspective, and reveal the mediation mechanism of GHRM through the relationship of individual environmental behavior as the intermediary variable of EP.
