Abstract
Vietnam has made impressive progress in economic growth during the past two decades, but national efficiency and competitiveness grow slowly because the foundation for development has not been strengthened. This paper analyzes Vietnam's economic situation for the period 2005-2015, per capita income, compared per capita income, trade activity, investment and labor productivity indices of Vietnam and other AEC countries. Based on Vietnam, IMF, ASEAN and AEC statistics.
