The questionnaire had been coded using the Likert Scale ranging from 1 (Strongly Agree) to 5 (Strongly Disagree). The SPSS software has been utilized to analyze the data collected, and the results will be viewed in terms of regression analysisThe research findings showed that total quality management directly affects the performance of employees in the organizations. Training and development programs are interconnected as if the workers are motivated by workplace programs that help enhance their performance and strengthen their professions.Compensation benefits and performance appraisals are two key elements that encourage staff to increase productivity.
